Hygiene and Safety Standards
At Eikodo’s factory, ensuring the safety and reliability of our products is always a top priority. To achieve the highest standards, we implement a thorough inspection process before entering the production area.
Before entering the production area, all employees are required to remove personal items such as rings, watches, and hairpins to ensure no foreign objects contaminate the products.
All employees must wear specialized protective clothing to maintain hygiene and prevent any contaminants from coming into contact with the products.
After putting on protective clothing, employees use lint rollers to remove any remaining hair or dust from their attire, adding an extra layer of cleanliness before entering the
production area.
Next, employees sanitize their hands and fingers with alcohol- based solution to maintain a clean and sterile environment in the production area.
Finally, employees pass through a powerful air shower system that removes any remaining hair or dust particles from their body and clothing, ensuring no contaminants enter the production area.
These measures demonstrate Eikodo’s strong commitment to maintaining a safe, hygienic, and high-quality production environment.
